TRP for citizens of Europe & USA

 

Citizens of Europe, the United States, and the entire Western world—where destructive policies contrary to traditional family and spiritual-moral values are being pursued—can now obtain a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP). Thanks to the groundbreaking Presidential Decree No. 702 of August 19, 2024, citizens of Western Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia who wish to relocate to Russia may apply at a Russian embassy, stating their reason for travel, and subsequently obtain a TRP through a simplified procedure.  The embassy issues an entry visa, and upon arrival in Russia, foreign citizens who share traditional Russian spiritual and moral values are entitled to apply to the migration service and, without any special requirements—that is, without taking an exam on knowledge of the Russian language and history, and without obtaining a quota for a temporary residence permit—receive a temporary residence permit (Temporary Residence Permit).

As can be seen, the list omits two European Union countries—Hungary and Slovakia—as well as Orthodox Serbia, a country that maintains a friendly policy toward Russia and shares traditional views on family formation and child-rearing. The list also includes Ukraine, whose citizens can obtain a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) by demonstrating shared values; at the same time, Ukrainian citizens are eligible to apply for a Permanent Residence Permit (PRP) or directly for citizenship.

With a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP), foreign citizens can obtain health insurance to receive free medical care. They can enroll their children in schools and kindergartens free of charge, as well as have the right to work and pay taxes in their region of residence. TRP holders have the right to register as sole proprietors and conduct business activities.
After one year, Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) status allows the holder to obtain a Residence Permit (RP) and, subsequently, Russian citizenship.
