Documents for a residence permit in the RF.

In order to obtain a residence permit (PRP) in the Russian Federation, a foreign citizen must submit a new PRP application form, written by hand on special forms or printed on a computer. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

Notarial translation of the passport into Russian
Documents showing that the applicant may have permanent registration for residence in Russia or a dwelling owned by
Temporary residence permit in Russia
Photos 3.5x4.5 cm, 4 pcs
If the applicant has children under the age of majority, it is necessary to present documents identifying the child
The consent of a minor (over 14 years old) to his/her residence in Russia is issued and certified by a notary
Documents from the competent institution that all family members of the applicant do not suffer from drug addiction and infectious diseases that are dangerous to those around them. List of infectious diseases approved by the Government of Russia
Documents showing that all family members of the complainant are not HIV-infected
Certificate of knowledge of the Russian language, history, law, TBE category.
Copy of personal Taxes number
Documents confirming the availability of funds to ensure normal living conditions for his entire family in the territory of the Russian Federation, based on the minimum subsistence level - Moscow 16,000 rubles/month

The cost of preparing documents in our company

We have provided only an indicative, universal list of documents that need to be collected for the application for a residence permit. The fact is that in each individual case, the list of documents may differ and additional documents will be required. Thus, the list of documents of the applicant for marriage will be drastically different from the list of documents of the applicant who submits documents to the PRP.

Each applicant, to obtain a residence permit, must provide a certificate of knowledge of the Russian language or an educational document issued before August 1991. The exception is made only for citizens of Belarus.

All the listed documents for residence permit in Russia, received at foreign authorities, are compulsorily translated into Russian and certified by a Russian notary. In some cases, foreign documents require legalization through the MFA or apostille. Depending on the grounds for obtaining a residence permit, these documents may be changed and supplemented with additional papers. Income of the claimant and its confirmation:

The claimant shall provide information on all sources of income, indicating the amount of funds received. The amount of income must provide a subsistence minimum for all members of the applicant’s family. The minimum income amount is regulated by the subsistence minimum of the region where the process for submitting residence permits in Russia takes place. Each region of the Russian Federation indicates its own limit for this amount. The minimum subsistence level in Moscow is 27,000 rubles/month. The documents confirming the sources of income of the applicant include: income statement; certificate 2 NDFL, certificate of inheritance rights; certificate on the amount of benefits received (issued by representatives of social security authorities); declaration of income (must be certified by tax authorities); certificate of deposit in the credit institution (must include account number, such as bank account); any other document that indicates receipt of income.

All documents for obtaining a residence permit must be issued in accordance with the regulations of current Russian legislation! Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
