Citizens of the United States, Europe and citizens of another non friendly countries with destructive policies contradicting traditional family and spiritual moral values are being pursued, have a right to obtain a temporary residence permit (RVP) by common shared values. Thanks to the sensational presidential decree № 702 of 19.08.2025, citizens of the USA, Canada, EU, the UK, Australia and others, wishing to resetle to Russia, can indicate their motives and subsequently obtain a temporary residence permit (TRP) in a simplified procedure. Upon an arrival to Russia, foreign citizens have the right to apply for RVP (temporary residence permit) without any special criterias, without passing a test of Russian and History of State, without aplying for a quota for TRP. Having an inverview with a migration officer and understanding that the foreigner has Russian shared values, the authorities are ably to issue " common shared values residency".

As you can see, the only 3 European countries and NATO members are missing in the list. Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey. Those countries have a friendly policy towards Russia and shares traditional views on family formation and parenting.
All foreign citizens holding residence permit have a free medical service, free enrollment of their children in schools and kindergartens, as well as the right to work and pay taxes in the region of residency. The holder of a residence permit has the right to open an IE and conduct entrepreneurial activities.
After a year, the status of a temporary residence permit gives the opportunity to obtain a permanent residence permit and after a citizenship.
